ALR also installed a new backsplash and replaced all the floors in the home and the trim. What a difference this made!! I hired Another Level Remodel in September to tackle my interior projects. I am an Interior Designer who has worked with many many contractors over the last 7 years and so this was a very important decision for me as I was now looking for extensive work to be completed within MY home. I took a chance on hiring Another Level Remodel. I have a LONG list of contractors that I work with, but I was looking to build a new relationship with a team and if all went well, I could then refer to my clients. From start to finish, I have to give them kudos on their communication via phone, text + email. They are always quick to respond in a VERY timely manner. One would think this is the norm for businesses, but sadly it is not, especially in this industry and another level remodel is very efficient and orderly with their communication and that is something I truly value in a contractor. As far as scheduling, I was rest-assured that I had my spot in their calendar and even with some unfortunate delays on our end {our closing date was pushed back} they were ready and willing to work with our new timeline. We are very happy with the work that they completed and would not hesitate in having them back out to complete "phase 2" projects around the home next year.

"We feel so lucky to have found Tim and Ellyn! After having a bad experience with another contractor, we were nervous working with another company. But right from the beginning, Tim put us at ease. He was very knowledgeable and guaranteed quality work and boy did he deliver! He did excellent work installing our new floor and because we came to trust his opinion we had him take on additional projects we were going to try to tackle ourselves, one being a major post construction clean up. His partner, Ellyn was beyond amazing during the clean up...to say the place was a mess is an understatement...between the tile set dust and previous rental wear and tear the place was definitely in need of some help. I couldn't believe how great everything looked after they were done. They honestly helped us when we thought it was impossible! I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future.

​"I cannot say enough how very please I am with my choice of Another Level. Tim couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. I have done a lot of renovation projects and no one likes to come home to surprises...that never happened with Tim. If some minor glitch happened, he not only informed me of it immediately, but also rectified it. My project took a few days (well within the estimate) and I had absolutely no problem with Tim being in my home without me being present. I think he treated it as his own. how much better is it than that. He is the type of professional that takes that one extra step to make sure it is done right. Too bad I can't give him 6 stars. I am one happy camper."
